Unlike Los Angeles, where you will get a parking ticket no matter how hard you try NOT to. I just got one for "Parking At A Meter And Overpaying For Time Used." Apparently you now have to use ALL of the time you pay for at a meter or face a $47 ticket. My heads hurts, really bad.
